VisualME is 100% web software that is installed on the same web server as your web site. You do not have to change the content of your web site to use VisualME. All you need to do is ensure that your web server has some available storage and can be connected to a database. This can usually be accomplished with a phone call or email to your web host or IT services provider.

VisualME's Web Maintenance feature (ability to maintain web site content from a form) requires minor modifications to existing web pages. This is usually done after the initial installation.

Steps to Implementation

• Implementation Planning Session; VisualME demonstration, brainstorm ways for your site to use VisualME, review implementation steps
• Verify Your Web Server; Your site needs to be running on an IIS Server with a connection to a SQL Server database. This is a standard web server environment supported by most web hosting providers and IT departments.

• Install VisualME; Visual Software Systems installs VisualME on your web server and sets up the SQL Server database used by VisualME.
• Create a Dynamic Landing Page and Email Template; Using your current website creative identity, Visual Software Systems configures a dynamic landing page and email template for VisualME to use for new marketing campaigns. This typically takes less than 1/2 day.
• Campaign Management Training; Training covers configuring the software for your use and creating email and newsletter campaigns.
• Enable Site Content Maintenance; If you have purchased the content management feature of VisualME, Visual Software Systems makes a small modification to website pages you wish content-enabled so you can maintain them from a form.
• Site Maintenance Training; Training covers maintaining web pages from a form.
