VisualME is web software that is installed on the same web server as your web site.
You do not have to change the content of your web site to use VisualME.
All you need to do is ensure that your web server has enough available storage and is connected to a database.
This can usually be accomplished with a phone call or email to your web host or IT services provider.
VisualME's Web Maintenance feature (ability to maintain web site content from a form) requires minor modifications to existing web pages.
This is usually done after the initial installation.
These are the steps to implementation:
- Implementation Planning Session
VisualME demonstration, brainstorm ways
for your site to use VisualME, review implementation
steps.
- Configure Your Web Server
Basically, your site needs to be running on an IIS Server
with a connection to a SQL Server database. This is
a standard web server environment supported by most
web hosting providers and IT departments.
- Install VisualME
Visual Software Systems installs VisualME on your web
server and sets up the SQL Server database used by
VisualME.
- Campaign Management Training
Training covers configuring the software for your use and creating email and newsletter campaigns.
- Enable Site Maintenance
Visual Software Systems modifies pages on your web site so you can maintain them from a form.
- Site Maintenance Training
Training covers maintaining web pages from a form.
Most VisualME installations are completed in a couple of business days.
Most VisualME customers complete their first campaigns in the first week or two.
